RZAPS (Ricardo Zurita Architecture & Planning, P.C.)

The project creates continuous spaces that are tailored to specific office uses. Natural light penetrates the center of the office, through the glass panels dividing the open floor from conference rooms and the lounge area. The muted colors of white walls and poured concrete floors create continuity between the spaces, and match the natural tones of the wood panel closets and tables in the cafeteria. Translucent orange panels divide the kitchen and eating areas from the office space. The result is a mix of distinct yet connected work and relaxation zones.
