This site for a local commercial centre was to form the first of a series of projects that heralded the entry of a prominent builder into that neighborhood. Given this, and the context of a triangular site at the junction of major roads, the architectural proposal for a new mixed use tower consolidates the design program into an iconic configuration. The triangular retail podium houses retail and restaurant spaces, connected to public plazas along the street edge. The upper office tower is divided into segments that twist as they rise, creating a dramatic addition to the neighborhood skyline.
