The building proposal is clear regarding the distribution of areas within the Health Center, generating a precise and efficient functional scheme for the proper use of the building by workers and patients. Being modular, it allows flexibility of spaces and uses and ensures adaptation to possible future healthcare needs or operational changes. The modules can be combined to create larger consulting rooms or halls, and likewise, existing ones can be divided into smaller spaces, creating multiple reorganization possibilities.

The strategic arrangement of entrances, vertical communication, and sanitary services allows for the redistribution of the entire rest of the floor freely. This ensures an implementation that allows for the evolution of the healthcare model over a wide time horizon.

A proposal capable of addressing all current needs while incorporating enough flexibility to adapt to future healthcare needs or operational changes.
