The project for the refurbishment of the old Simon factory to house the new corporate headquarters is based on the idea of preserving the essence of the existing building, introducing elements that allow the new activity to be identified. One of the aspects to be especially taken into account when developing the project idea is to pay special attention to the different areas of the headquarters. With regard to the intervention on the façade, the aim is to highlight the configuration and materiality of the structural system while bringing the maximum amount of light into the interior of the building.
