The project involves the complete refurbishment of the existing office building to improve its functionality and energy efficiency, transitioning from single to multi-tenant use. The energy performance is updated and improved and interior and exterior spaces are renovated, while the historic façade of the building is carefully restored to preserve its unique character within the Eixample area.
