The advantageous position of the villa complemented by large bay windows facing Lake Zurich and Alps, suffuse the home with light in abundance. PAVILION HOUSE has a living space over two floors, surrounding terrace, an artist studio and gallery to display the owner’s modern art collection. The villa is equipped with a large spa area, sauna, private garden and a garage with a parking capacity of six cars.
