BAAS arquitectura

Full refurbishment of a 1990s office block by the architects Fargas and Tous in order to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, earn LEED certification and revamp its image. The work involved replacing all HVAC equipment and refurbishing parts of the façade and public spaces, especially the entrance and lobby, thus achieving more open-plan, better-lit and more comfortable spaces thanks to the use of the colour white and wood.
