The Villa Velasquez is located in the urbanization "Montport" in Port Andratx, at the edge of a green zone. Its buildings fit harmoniously into the Majorcan environment. The project is characterized by a modern, light-filled design, a luxurious living concept and a constructional implementation of newest building and energy technology. The energy concept of the "Villa Velasquez" is largely based on the use of renewable solar energy, which is used for heating the property and pools and in the summer months for air conditioning. The built-up area in the main and guest house is a total of 1500 sqm. Spatial limits disappear through a continuous, homogeneous flooring between interior and exterior. The villa gets its character and livability by the materials and colors as well as the lighting concept.
