Former Postbank building in an upmarket district right by the Alsterfleet. The combination of »plain« materials such as concrete and stone, multi-faceted shades of grey, clear room cubes and sharply focused light create a sense of »opulent purism« that is exquisite and delightfully pleasurable. It is our response to the existing building fabric, which is strictly »bureaucratic« in a city with a modern outlook.

With its patisserie, tobacco lounge, wine shop and unusually designed spa area, this building has carved itself a special niche in Hamburg’s hotel scene.
