In the center of Milano, a refurbishment project of a residential luxury building built during seventies placed in internal historical courtyard. The new owner wants to cut the existing building into new smaller, more commercial and more contemporary flats. The design will be pure modern contemporary reflecting the original age of the building: the seventies. Each flat will have its own private lift entering directly into.
