Traditional Vietnamese tapas in a puristic interior design

With a clear and minimalist approach, the NHÀN restaurant deliberately avoids Vietnamese folkloric elements. Instead, specially created installations are used in a new and playful context. Typical everyday Vietnamese household items are repurposed and highlighted as decorative elements on showcases. The wavy ceiling installation as a composition from various photographs of traditional Vietnamese dishes provides an insight into Vietnamese food culture. As a sharing concept, the authentically prepared dishes are served as tapas in simple bowls.
