Located in Salt, the Martí i Julià Hospital Park combines healthcare buildings with a public urban park. Designed to integrate into both the natural and urban environment, the complex is organized in phases, each addressing specific medical and care needs.

The Santa Caterina Hospital and the Elderly Care Centre are arranged as low-rise pavilions around landscaped courtyards, fostering natural light, clear orientation, and flexibility for future adaptations. These open structures promote comfort, therapeutic benefits, and easy circulation for patients and staff.

The first building completed—dedicated to severe mental disorders—sets the tone for the complex, forming an L-shaped layout around a communal patio. Its discreet façade, modest scale, and careful integration into the greenery reflect a calm, supportive environment for therapy and recovery.
