The project proposes the construction of a complex of spaces meant for conventional and public use. To effectively integrate the complex into the environment, it has been divided into four buildings: three prismatic volumes arranged around a semi-buried one that acts as the core of the complex.

The building designed for conventional use has three floors that house the auditorium, multipurpose halls of different dimensions, and multiple meeting spaces. The south façade has small balconies and because of its positioning, it also has a sun protection system: large stained curtains in various shades of green that also seek to camouflage the buildings with the surrounding vegetation.
