The project for a new residential building in Treviso is developed on a plot located near the Sile river. The design concept aimed to harmoniously enhance the surrounding green context, integrating private terraces for each unit and communal spaces designed for the residents' community.

Our studio has conceived a five-story building, consisting of nine apartments of varying sizes. The ground floor includes a wellness area with a spa and gym, internal bike storage, and covered parking spaces. The building's rooftop features, in addition to photovoltaic panels, a communal terrace available to the residents.

The choice of materials was focused on a few carefully selected elements that blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape, a balanced combination of architecture and the natural environment.
