GERNER GERNER PLUS.

The “Lebenscampus Wolfganggasse”, a residential complex consisting of four buildings, was realized on the approximately 8,700 m² building site. The new construction project comprises a total of 326 subsidized apartments, including 114 SMART apartments with super funding. In cooperation with the non-profit association Verein Österreichische Jugendarbeiterbewegung (ÖJAB), an ideal use of the ground floor areas for social educational institutions and workshops was developed. This offer of the ÖJAB is supplemented by an apprentices’ dormitory as well as housing offers for people in need, with a focus on separated and single parents, in cooperation with the association Neunerhaus.
