House in Sitges II

It's about renovating a 1960s vacation home. The main focus was to connect the house with its outdoor patios and garden, enhancing the lighting and strengthening the views. To achieve this, almost all interior partitions were removed to create more open interior spaces. Additionally, the new wider windows enhance this connection and, due to their breadth, create areas for relaxation within the home.
It's an essentially Mediterranean intervention, characterized by its vegetation, character, light, and reinterpretation of the era's shapes and colors. Whites, blue tones, hydraulic tiles, and micro-cement flooring create tranquil and pleasant environments. Outdoors, using leftover materials from the renovation, the landscaping was improved. Maximizing the environment with minimal resources is one of the key concepts in the design processes of our studio.
