10 Design

This project forms the second phase of a large-scale 680,000 sqm GFA mixed use development located on a prime 40,000 sqm waterfront site in the Jiangbei central business district of Chongqing, China. The development will be a mix of Grade A commercial offices, a 200 rooms boutique hotel, amenity, retail, serviced apartments, and residential towers that will enhance and support the first phase of the masterplan, as well as, the growing local community.
