From the beginning our intention has been the definition of "October" Cultural Center as a single space. The project has sought to reconcile the diversity and simultaneity of activities with perception and organization of the Center as a single common space. Thus, the central courtyard and the "square" access downstairs, become a space almostoutside, where are organized the different functional programs and where you understand the operation of the entire center.
The attitude has been to overcome the project to the many projects that this plot has. An attitude that is reflected in the graph of Claret Serrahima where different typefaces overlap each other to set the sum of readings without any completely erases the previous one. A solar through which ran the medieval walls, a commercial building early twentieth century and is now a modern cultural center. Three layers with a total.
