Project for the complete restoration of a group of industrial buildings from the early XXth century, located in Madrid’s Ensanche Sur-Manzanares area
It aims to adapt them to the needs of contemporary working spaces but keep, and even reinforce the intrinsic qualities of historic buildings. In addition, the block will include a new building and the inner courts will be refurbished. Despite being a compound, the project plans three independent entities, each with its own entrance and installations, which will permit them to be managed separately.
