Bioclimatic design, special attention to the sun and orientation, passive systems, compact forms, ventilation and natural lighting, full-empty ratio of the envelope, great insulation, thermal inertia. Building with almost zero consumption according to European directive.

Geriatric Residence in Barcelona: Refurbishment of an existing building in Barcelona at the structural level, distribution, finishes and facilities, to complete the functional program of a geriatric residence. Geriatric Residence in Sant Cugat del Vallès: The building volume adapts to the topography, both for its shape in plan and in section. Strictly respects the gauges and platform levels established in the Special Plan, and through its organic form and the use of terraces with abundant vegetation softens the visual impact of the new building on the site. The outdoor spaces of the plot are urbanized by creating terrace spaces for residents and enabling walking routes between plant elements.
