"BiblioTec. Cent anys d’estudis i professió bibliotecària" exhibition
Palau Robert, Barcelona
The assembly of the exhibition looks for the most contemporany image where the crowd could capture the atmosphere of how of a change the comunication, culture and knowledge world, that englobes a library, has suffered. The visitor, once immersed into a clear and direct environment, approaches to the contents through the cronologic wall and the thematic clasification of the interactives screens. The exhibition's principal hall is completely white, clean and luminous as Eugeni d'Ors's founding text claimed how the Popular Libraries were meant to be. The Cloud This subtle exhibition aims to build an abstract concept for us. A technological cloud as a metaphor of where the important task of storing and caring for all information, which produces contemporary society, will be developed.
