Located in an exceptional position and well connected with the city centre main transport arteries, the catchment area of Puerto Venecia reaches as far as Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao and Valencia. It is an ambitious large-scale project and from the commercial point of view should be seen as a supra-regional centre. The complexity of organizing a new space has been resolved by designing a central spine: an artificial lake with bars, restaurants and places for leisure. It is surrounded by generous green areas with sports and sailing facilities. This is a modern project, with modernity understood as mold-breaking in terms of comfort and quality, an architectural project based on environmental concepts.
