The project is located in one of the few remaining wooded parcels on the waterfront of St. Charles, crowned with a pergola of dubious quality but part of the architectural landscape of the city. From the start our intention has been to intervene respecting the scenic qualities of the site. The project is placed in the plot retaining most existing pins and unmodified image of the seafront. The program of family housing is distributed in two plants having different profiles to generate input porches and living and creating a private terrace on the top floor. This resource allows us to minimize the effect of the openings are designed considering the views "under pines" that cut the magnificent landscape of the Delta.
