This retail project located in the south of Seville (Spain), near the Bermejales neighborhood and the Port, stands out for its ambitious landscaping
The plan is to create a large green garden of native plants around an artificial lake, hosting the leisure facilities among small hills punctuated by a series of milestones along the route: the amphitheater, a children's playground, the auditorium, the beach, until it reaches the pier opposite the leisure and sports facility. In formal terms, the building is comprised of two levels and includes large open spaces, glazed facades, and skylights, with a special emphasis on the connection between interior and exterior spaces. The restaurant, food court and gourmet market areas are located in front of the lake. This section, where the building is of lower height, is covered in a green roof that improves the comfort of the zone and favors its integration with the environment.
